This is the floor where middle leveled injured (such as a shot wound, or deadly flue) people are located. It's slightly more busy than the major floor, and less occupied. You can sometimes hear the screams of people in other rooms, suffering from atomic poison, or worse. People with deadly flues are killed on the spot. It's very smelly, could use a little febreeze.
